Allow Me To Introduce Myself

I’m Amanda Wright. I've been where you are now, so I get it. I worked so hard to earn my MBA and land a dream job as a management consultant. I initially loved my work as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte because of my brilliant colleagues, amazing training, and diverse client work.

But once I had kids, the long hours and the pressure to always exceed expectations became too much. I became physically and emotionally exhausted, and knew I needed to make a change.

I gave my notice in 2014 and I started my own consulting business as a way to take back control of my schedule and to fully benefit financially from the value I deliver to my clients. It has been a resounding success (to the tune of 5x my previous salary) and I want that for you too. 

How is the program delivered and what will you learn?

 

Take the Leap is a proven framework based on my 15 years in management consulting. I'll teach you everything you need to know to launch a profitable consulting business in eight weeks.

This program is delivered through a combination of online content, live small-group coaching sessions, and a supportive community in Slack.

We'll kick off the program with a virtual mini-retreat on October 22 which is your opportunity to meet and start building relationships with other participants.

Over the course of 8 weeks, you'll unlock a sequence of online modules including value-packed video lessons, case studies, workbooks and templates. The program is paced this way to avoid overwhelm and allow you to take small actions each week to make meaningful change in your life. 

 We'll then do bi-weekly 60-min small group coaching calls, which are your opportunity to ask questions and dive deeper into the program content.

Get advice on the dollars and cents of your business that adds up. From invoicing, taxes, retirement planning to record keeping, this lesson will help you get paid and build a future.

Module 7

Stand out by doing a stand up job of what you do. Learn how to project manage for client satisfaction, to communicate effectively, and to build your reputation so the work keeps coming.

Module 8

Find out how to build a team that builds you profits through subcontracting, referrals and partnering with other consultants. Being independent doesn’t mean you have to go it alone.

Module 9
